Standard Pre-Tune Client Intake

Complete what you know and mark UNKNOWN instead of guessing. This form does not reserve a dyno slot; accepted jobs are scheduled after final authorization and the 25% deposit.

1. Owner & vehicle

Basic contact information and the exact vehicle being submitted.

2. Requested work & current condition

Select everything you want FEF Performance or a collaborating local shop to evaluate.

3. Engine, ECU, fuel & boost summary

Exact part numbers are preferred. Write UNKNOWN when the information is not available.

4. Goals & hard limits

5. Previous tune & calibration history

This is especially important when another tuner has worked on the vehicle or hardware changed after the last known-good file.

Most useful question: When did the vehicle last run correctly, and what changed immediately before it stopped running correctly?

Meaningful calibration revisions

Add the changes you know about. You do not need to list every saved file.

Date / revisionWhat changedWhyResult

6. Changes since the last known-good calibration

7. Known problems & failure history

8. Owner pre-dyno readiness checklist

Check items you have completed or had verified. If you cannot verify a safety-critical item, tell FEF Performance before the appointment.

9. Files & supporting information

Upload PDFs, images, CSV/log files, or ZIP archives. For ECU calibration files with uncommon extensions, place them in a ZIP first. Max total upload target: 20 MB.

10. Accuracy acknowledgement

Do not guess technical data. Wrong injector, pressure, trigger, fuel, sensor or boost-control information can make a starting calibration unsafe.
