Volkswagen / R32 / VR6 / Corrado

Volkswagen Performance & Standalone ECU Tuning

FEF Performance accepts selected Volkswagen performance projects ranging from older Corrado and VR6 combinations to R32 swaps, turbo and supercharger builds, with exact hardware and current condition reviewed before booking.

What this service covers

Old chassis, custom engines and modern standalone control still come back to fundamentals.

Volkswagen projects often arrive with years of changes: engine swaps, custom wiring, different injectors, forced induction, changed fuel systems and multiple calibration revisions. The current hardware has to be understood before the current file can be trusted.

Selected FEF project experience includes a 1990 Volkswagen project with an R32/GT35 turbo combination, a 1997 supercharged VR6 Jetta, and a 1992 Corrado 3.0 combination.

FEF uses current sensor data, file history, synchronization and measured timing to establish a trustworthy baseline before dyno load is added.

R32 / VR6 swap and forced-induction project review.

Turbo and supercharger fuel / ignition calibration.

Inherited calibration and prior-file comparison.

First-start and no-start commissioning on accepted projects.

Dyno validation and drivability work.
